What
is Mommy & Me?
Outer Banks Mommy & Me, Inc. is a group of members dedicated to
the following goals:
- to engage in activities which promote,
foster, encourage and support the educational and social
development of young children.
- to provide social interaction for parents of children in
order for such parents to better aid in their child’s
educational and social development.
- to participate in fundraising activities in an effort to
assist families and organizations in need of charitable
donations.
Mommy & Me is not just
a club, it is YOUR club
We have found that our most satisfied members are those that
actively participate in weekly playgroups and monthly
activities. We have also found that more members actively
participating, the stronger our organization becomes. Whether
you can help for a day or a year, we know we will all benefit
from your involvement.

Q: Is there a cost to join?
A: Yes, Annual dues are $25.00
Q: What does my membership include?
- Monthly Newsletter
Most of your $25 annual membership dues cover the cost for you
to receive an informative monthly newsletter listing our
calendar events and activities.
- Playgroups
You and your child can participate in a playgroup with other
parents and children. Playgroups are organized for kids close
in age and generally meet weekly at designated areas.
- Support
We provide Meals for Moms in need of help due to illness,
childbirth, or other family issues.
- Much, much more!
Mommy & Me also offers monthly Moms Night Out, other social
activities and many opportunities to get involved within the
club and community. The group is full of wonderful parents and
children who support and rely on Mommy & Me in different ways.
